Step 1 of 4
Choose a recording
Pick a reference recording to see how the analysis behaves, or upload a video of your own machine shot on a phone in slow motion.

Step 2 of 4
Machine & analysis setup
Only the capture frame rate is required. Everything else sharpens the result.
Step 3 of 4
Analyzing recording
Each step below is an OpenCV measurement. The agent reads the numbers and decides what to measure next.

Diagnosis
No magnified video: no fault region was isolated, so there is nothing to amplify.
The magnified clip is slowed and only the detected fault region is amplified, so a sub-pixel vibration becomes visible to the eye.
No spectrum was produced for this run.
Each cell is a virtual sensor. Brighter cells moved more at the dominant frequency.
No heatmap was produced for this run.

The work order holds the verdict, findings, capture settings and measurement limitations, ready to attach to a CMMS ticket.
The fixed baseline does not produce a work order.
Limitations
- Indicative, camera-based measurement. Not a certified ISO assessment.
- Frequency is valid only up to half the capture frame rate; record at 2.5× the fault frequency or more.
- Amplitude is in image pixels unless an image scale was given.
- Compression, low texture and lighting flicker can mask or fake sub-pixel motion.
