GramDrishti
Satellite and AI climate intelligence for Indian villages

GramDrishti monitors Indian villages using satellite imagery and geospatial data. It tracks water, vegetation, land cover and climate to produce a Village Health Score and local-language recommendations for Gram Panchayats, farmers and NGOs.
Climate risks like drought, falling groundwater and vegetation loss build up slowly, and village bodies rarely have the data to see them early. GramDrishti turns free satellite data into a simple score and clear advice in the local language, so action can start before the damage is done.
Built with my teammate Shweta Patil for HackVenture 2026, a national hackathon by Sponfest, where it won 1st place in the Agritech domain.
What it does
- Satellite NDVI and NDWI monitoring of vegetation and water
- Village Health Score combining water, vegetation, land cover and climate
- Multilingual AI recommendations for Gram Panchayats, farmers and NGOs
- Dashboards for early climate-risk detection
Thank you
A big thank you to Shweta Patil for her support throughout GramDrishti. She started this project, and her ideas, hard work and steady encouragement shaped what it became. Winning 1st place was a team effort, and GramDrishti would not exist without her.
