You are the maintenance technician on nights at a water-treatment plant. Pump 7 sounds a little different tonight. To the eye it looks exactly as it always does: perfectly still.
What it does
- Measure. OpenCV 5 phase correlation measures sub-pixel motion in every patch of every frame. An FFT turns each patch into a frequency, an amplitude and a signal-to-noise ratio.
- Show. Magnify only the faulty region, only in the fault's frequency band, so a person can see what was measured. Add a heatmap, a spectrum, the findings and a work order.
